Simple Fish Tail Mount Re-visited... Blacktip Shark from 2015 Galveston Road Trip!

Had a blast on the Texas Gulf Coast last month. Fished Galveston and caught lots of fish including a 27 1/4″ Blacktip Shark from the 61st Fishing Pier!

The shark fillets were tasty; even better, was able to “capture the moment” by re-visiting the Simple Fish Tail Mount article to create a trophy of our shark! This time we added the jaws as well!

Sure do miss the Coast already!

Preparing the Mount

What, where, and when!
