Another Round of Pond Fly Fishing at Bethany Lakes. Tried for more Bass and Bluegill with the Foam Spider and Scud on Monday. Caught several Bluegill and a little Fingerling Bass…. Minnow sized!

PS: Made it to Denison Dam for a chance at Stripers today. Posted a live update while there. Do check back… still editing the video of the day’s action. No Striped Bass but did catch a Buffalo or two!

More info on Possum Kingdom! With the lake full and the flow good we caught almost trout till July this year up by the dam. Many had put on serious weight hope the lake stays full again this year. COAF Field Team Vlog #1... Sonic Pond This Round

Playing around with the camera and green screen. Put together Vlog #1 that shows the action at Sonic Pond using the Traditional III Fly Rod from Cabelas and a Foam Grasshopper! Had started out with a Near Deere but after took hook ups with Bass that threw the hook, decided to switch to the Foam Grasshopper! Lost count of how any Bass were caught. No Bruisers but would say it was in the double digits! Do stay tuned for more Vlogs; hope to mix things up some more once we get the hang of the camera/green screen!
